Ahh...last week of classes.  I have a couple projects still pending, but after Thursday evening, if I finish them or not, I'm free!  Well, free that is, of projects, I have to study for finals, which sucks.  On the 14th of December, I'll be going home, and moving the server there with me.

Oh, speed should be improved a little, I've redirected some parts of this site to a Solaris Sparc box that I have...can you figure out which parts were moved?

Sorry for the interruption, but there was a LONG power failure here.  I lost basically all of my systems except for my laptop for awhile.  I don't know exactly how long it was off, but probably >15minutes.  Dunno why either...

Sorry about the interruptions lately.  I had to reboot the box a few times this evening to fix some hardware issues with the server.  And, heh, it seems the SQL server wasn't configured to run on startup...

It has come to my attention that several people (their virus scanners?) think that the JavaScript bomb at the bottom of the page is a trojan/virus. &This is false!  It's just a little joke that you shouldn't be touching anyway.  Why would you want root access?  I'll take it down soon, since this probably is annoying...

I wish everybody a Happy Thanksgiving!  Get away from the computer and hang out with family for once!  ;-)

Yo, anyone know what char-major-6 does in the linux 2.4 kernel?  My syslog on my laptop was 289mb because of "couldn't find char-major-6" etc...  Blah!

Alright, today I will be leaving for the Thanksgiving holiday.  When I'm gone, there probably won't be that many updates, especially video posts.  Hope everybody has a nice holiday!
