For all you Optimum Online subscribers out there, it seems they have opened up port 80 for select customers.  I only say select customers because it only seems to work for me.  Two of my other friends can connect fine to me, but I can't connect to them (from anywhere).

Odd, it's almost like they're doing some auditing...

Well, the Linux World Expo day is today.  Wish I was there, but my wednesday is packed with classes.  Hopefully the group from the RPI-ACM will bring back some news of how it went.

I hope everyone had a relaxing weekend.  (Those with MLK day off that is...)

Not much else to say now, have a nice week!

I was tunneling again this evening, and linked my network at RPI to my network at home via IPv6.  After I upgrade apache (ugh) on tacolinux, my page should be completely viewable via either protocol.  Might take some time though...

Ugh, my cable IP just changed.  DNS might be a little laggy, but *.prolixium.com should resolve eventually.

I'm glad RPI thinks I'm an evildoer.  I got this email after I complained about my port being shut off.  I wish they had given me more information.  Maybe scanning the network includes sending ethernet frames.
