It's that time of year again.. dinner with family and friends that consists of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatos, corn on the cob, cranberry sauce, and pumpkin pie.  Oh yeah, Happy Thanksgiving.

-> (10:38) From StayPuft, to random:
 - Shouldn't the turkey in the Google logo look a little less happy? I
 - mean... Chances are he's going to be eaten.

I agree.. but then, I hear lots of families have ham instead of turkey, nowadays.

I'm spending my [small] vacation in NJ with parents and relatives.  It's a nice break from work, but it's so darn cold.  We ventured into Weehawken, NJ last night and, after waiting a loong time in gridlock, took a ferry to Manhattan and saw The Producers.  I can't remember the last time a broadway play made me laugh this much.  (It was quite good)

Tomorrow I might just head out and join some crazy shoppers.  Either that, or sit at home with the laptop and make some TCP connections to amazon.com.

I would tcp shop tomorrow unless you like the crowds :)  Most everything advertised on sale will be gone before noon.

Enjoy your small vacation with your family and friends.  Glad you enjoyed The Producers... as Napoleon would say, "Lucky!"

Actually, the crowds were surprisingly not too bad, probably because I waited until 1100 to venture out.  CompUSA and Best Buy both looked a little unkempt, though.
