Pretty good 3-day weekend. Spent some time relaxing, reading, coding, hanging out w/coworkers, and playing some video games.
Oh, yeah, also spent some quality time trying to burn DVDs on Linux. {cd,dvd}record-clone-patch-blah is a mess, all versions throw tons of errors and create coasters. No combination of -J, -r, -T, -R, -joilet-long, -udf will make mkisofs happy:
mkisofs: Error: "rpi4/perl" and "rpi1/perl" have the same Rock Ridge name "perl". mkisofs: Error: rpi1/perl and rpi4/perl have the same Joliet name
NeroLinux keeps SEGV'ing when trying to build an ISO filesystem on the fly, but I think it works fine for audio layouts and burning images. But seriously, I shouldn't be having this many problems. Maybe my drive just sucks. Of course, that doesn't explain the mkisofs problems ...
Also, please donate to a hurricane Katrina relief fund. Three or four clickc on Amazon.com lets you donate to the Red Cross.
