Some lamer decided to DDoS me today. Started at 12:00AM with 90% packet loss, and is now down to around 20%. Bandwidth is still fully utilized though, so some things might be a bit laggy.
I'm hoping most of the compromised hosts will be shut down/fixed by tomorrow. I suppose this is the first time a part of my network has fell victim to a distributed attack of this nature (I don't count brute forcing passwords), why do I have the urge to feel important? (Update: The DDoS finally stopped around March 12th.)
