LGA9 Important Information

Dear Customer,

Internap’s lease at LGA9 (76 9^th Avenue also known as 111 8^th Avenue), in New York City, New York, expires later this year. As we are obligated under the terms of our lease to vacate the facility and in order to meet our restoration obligations to the landlord, all of our customers must vacate the facility by September 30, 2014. Accordingly, Internap will be required to migrate your Hosting Services to one of our other data centers in the metro New York area.

Your business is important to us and our primary goal is to help you achieve a smooth transition. In an effort to ensure this, our customer support team will provision new servers by August 15, 2014 to allow you successful migration into the new data facility.  Over the coming weeks, the Agile Hosting Team will provide you with more insight and information on the new servers and the migration to the new data facility.
