First stab at some MTR visualization.  Compile with:

% gcc -DMTR=\"/usr/bin/mtr\" -lGL -lm -lGLU -lglut mtrgl.c

Set the path to MTR accordingly, of course.  Run with:

% ./a.out cnn.com
